D A Y T H R E E

The morning started with a super quick brekky at Muriel's kitchen- at the start of the trip we werent that keen on repeating eating locations- but made the exception... Wouldn't necessarily recommend it for brekky- but definitely for lunch and dinner. Next we head to Westminster- initially with the intention to visit abbey road but ended up doing the London eye and 'London dungeons'. The experience lasted 90 minutes (about 60 too long) and genuinely scared all four of us with its pitch black rollercoaster rides and people dressed as zombies hiding in then corners of each room! The intention of the tour is to teach you the history of London... But it's safe to say we learnt nothing...

The eye is the most obvious tourist attraction (along with Buckingham palace and the London bridge) but we felt as though we had to!

Finally we headed to an ultra trendy fashion house and cafe: Dover street market. The building had 4 levels all comprising of unique high designer wear.. It's main label was commes de garcon. Really really cool thing to see- the building itself was understated but the fashion it housed was totally extravagant and totally unaffordable.

We had lunch on the top floor, in cute kitchen-like setting. We loved the heavy ceramic plates and mugs. We sat down at about 230 which meant our options were limited- but we shared broccoli egg and cheese quiche, Shepard's pie and large servings of chicken caesar salads.  We ogled over the counter that tempted us with homemade apple crumble, carrot cakes and brownies..

If youre into fashion or baked goods- give it a visit.

To end the day we went to get half tix from Leicester Square and ended up scoring £40 tickets to Jersey Boys in the best seats!!

A few wines before the show made it even better...few wines after dinner made the sleep even better..

Such a gr8 day! Xx
